Darlison Court

First was the former Sutton Baths site on Brook Street in Sutton which we completed in early 2015 to create a block of 18 two-bed apartments, four one-bed apartments and three two-bed bungalows.

Now we have delivered Darlison Court in Hucknall to provide 39 one and two bedroom apartments.

The scheme comprises two apartment buildings and communal facilities, including a residents’ lounge, and replaces sheltered housing on the site that, along with a number of council-owned properties, were demolished in 2014.

Darlison Court is part of Ashfield District Council’s plan to build its first new council properties for nearly 30 years to increase its housing for those in retirement.

It is owned and managed by Ashfield District Council to provide much needed high quality homes for people in retirement.

Most of the homes are let to people on the waiting list with few or no support needs, ten are for tenants requiring extra-care support, provided in partnership with Nottinghamshire County Council.

LPM Apartments

Rising in the historic Loring Park neighborhood of Minneapolis is LPM Apartments, a 36-story multi-use high rise. The tower will contain 354 rental units, including studios and one to three bedroom residences with condo-quality finishes. Over 41,000 sf of amenity space will feature a fitness center, lap pool, hot tub, sauna and steam rooms, media and game room, resident lounge, business center, bicycle storage and a private in-building dog run with washing station. The exterior landscaped deck will include a splash pool, hot tub, fire pits, grills and lounge areas.

AIG Office

This phased project involved the fit-out of approximately 13,500 square metres of high quality office space. The works include the stripping out of existing partitions, ceilings and mechanical and electrical services in the client’s demised area & internal finishes, including all core & common areas, toilets, stairwells, lift lobby areas, & all finishing works to the basement levels.

The project also included the fit out & finishes of the restaurant, with a capacity of 150 seats located on the ground floor level of the building.

Over the course of the whole project we successfully managed circa 400 operatives on site daily whilst ensuring the highest quality throughout the different work packages & the project was completed within the 16 week programme.

Belfast City Centre

This project required significant adaptation to meet the future needs. At basement level a kitchen facility was created and storage areas using the existing layout.  At ground floor level the existing banking hall was converted into the new Welcome Centre. This required the removal of existing internal division and finishes and their replacement with a high quality layout.

High quality communication, information and display technologies including video walls, interactive displays, self-service ticket kiosks, interactive tables/touch screen PCs, hand held devices and media walls were all included.

The existing ramped access at the entrance was replaced. The ground floor fitted out to a high standard and includes internal and external signage, graphic materials, counters, literature, information and retail displays. Mechanical and electrical services were also all replaced or upgraded throughout as appropriate.
