Prize Frenzy™!
Geez, it's already October - the year has just whizzed past for Frenzette... Spring has well and truly kicked in to gear and before you know it summer will be here! And we all know what that means - festival season! 1. Byron Bay's masters of metalcore, Parkway Drive, have embarked on a national tour to support the release of their new album 'Horizons' out 6 Oct. Brad Holland spoke with frontman Winston McCall about their upcoming sold out show at The Gov on Thurs 18 October with The Warriors (US), Her Nightmare and No Apologies. If you didn't get tickets, here's your chance - we have two prize packs to give away consisting of a CD and double pass to the show, thanks to Parkway Drive and Resist Records.
2. Arch Enemy are heading our way soon for the Black Crusade tour, alongside Machine Head and Trivium. Mark Grimshaw spoke with guitarist Michael Amott about their new album 'Rise Of The Tyrant', of which we have three copies to give away thanks to Century Media.
3. Narelle Walker chats with Angie Hart of Frente! fame this issue (c'mon, who doesn't remember Accidently Kelly Street?), who has just released her first solo album - she's playing the Wheatsheaf Hotel on Sat 13 and Sun 14 Oct. Thanks to ABC, we have two CDs and two double passes to the Sunday show to give away.
