Sam Simmons is back, and this time he wants to let us all know how bored he is with everything and everyone around him. And once again, nothing or no-one is safe from Simmons' vitriolic outpouring as he hilariously vents his injudicious anger in all manner of weird ways. Utilising both slideshows and video footage, Simmons proceeds to let us know exactly what irks him and in his usual oddball fashion that also includes angry, overdramatic re-enactments and operatic outbursts of song and prose as he looks to the inane, or could that be insane side of life.

Travelling through the mind of Simmons is an absurdist journey that can be best described as anything but boring, as he does his math and itemises the time wasted commuting to work each year, adds irreverent subtitles to instruction videos on inflatable pool maintenance, tells of his hate for small talk at parties, ducks and ping pong, and shows us how best not to cope with a terminal knee injury.

His is a fractured world of being single while poly-flavoured chickens open up fast food franchises right across the country, and it's all subject to change. It's quite obvious that what we're witnessing here is a man entering a premature mid-life crisis, so if you enjoyed (or even missed) last festival's highly acclaimed Best Comedy award winner, 'Tales From The Erotic Cat', slip on your most comfortable neutral coloured tracksuit and be sure to see him this year.
