Big Day Out Art Competition 2005!
Once again dB Magazine is running it's annual Big Day Out Art
Competition - 2005 will be its fifth smash year, where Adelaide's
artistic types knock up a piece of BDO-themed artwork in any
medium in a bold attempt to grab themselves a two VIP passes
to the show, plus a collection of CDs from every band on the
bill, thanks to the good people at the Adelaide BDO and
Fantin Comes Alive. Three runners-up get double passes, but
the overall winner also gets the singular honour of gracing
the front cover of dB Magazine's BDO issue.
Hence, get your creative juices flowing and come up with something based around Big Day Out 2005 - either the day as a whole, or do something connected with the specific artists on the bill - as long as it's BDO-themed and utterly brilliant, we'll be content.
Start those preliminary sketches now, as entries will close Wed 19 Jan 2005 (which is sooner than you think...).
