Original vocalist Lord Worm has re-joined
Cryptopsy after an eight-year absence. He replaced third vocalist
Martin Lacroix, who, according to drummer Flo Mounier, was a
strong live performer but a poor lyrics writer. As he explained
in a recent interview: "[Lacroix] did a great job live, but
his English wasn't perfect. I called up Lord Worm to ask him
if he could write the lyrics and in the same call he told me
that he'd like to come back. It was that easy. He's been working
hard to make up for his eight-year absence and come back stronger
than ever". Cryptopsy's fifth album is tentatively due in early
2005.
